Welcome to the offical recap of our summer kick-off road trip. It all started with a simple dream. Pick Tessa up at NYU and bring her and her stuff back from school. On the way, John, Ned and I decided to make a couple stops along the way -- to see Nick and catch a baseball game or two. We were going to take our time, cruise into the Big Apple and drive back. Simple enough.
What resulted was perhaps the most insane week any of us have ever lived. Chicago to Boston non-stop. Wrigley, Fenway and Yankee Stadiums on three successive nights. Philly, Baltimore and Washington in one night. Car trouble. Four days in Grove City. The Greyhound. Major car repairs. This trip had everything.
